A journey with brothers and friends - exploring, growing and sharing. This multi-day hike in Yosemite was just what the doctor ordered. I'd completely torn my calf muscle some ten days earlier and thought I was going to miss this epic trip. With some rest, amazing therapy and a lot of TLC, I was good to go. My backpack was loaded for bear with camera gear (as usual), so much so that my brothers were kind enough to carry some of the heavier pieces near the end of our journey -

In terms of art and style, I consider myself a Picasso disciple. I marvel at how he saw the world in a unique light, a different dimension, and through the eyes of a young child - all of which allowed him to create masterpieces of fantastic art. A last minute trip to Yosemite brings both joy and sadness. I'd waited years for the right amount of snow to fall In Yosemite Valley and shoot those infamous "Ansel Adams" style winter images.
